This plan runs two-months and includes a personalized nutrition and supplementation plan, plus:

Client Care Journey

01.

Information Gathering

Before we meet, I’ll ask you to complete a symptomatology quiz (a baseline assessment of your current health status). Completing this quiz allows us to make the most of our time in our initial call and dive right into specific recommendations for you.

Initial Visit

This is our meet and greet! We’ll go over your quiz results and the nutrition and supplement recommendations you can start right away to kickstart your wellness journey. *For you nutrition tune-up folks, this is also where we part ways. :( You’ll be given the foundation to level up your health, and out into the world you go, ready to implement and reap the benefits!

Complete Health History

After our initial visit, I’ll ask you to complete a formal health history and a 2-day food & mood diary. This additional info is needed to craft your personalized nutrition and supplement plan, and ensure it's tailored to your medical needs, eating habits, and wellness goals.

04.

Nutrition & Supplement Plan

This is where we get into the fine details! We'll go over your plan - breaking down the what, why and how. Following that, we’ll address any foreseeable challenges and create a plan for success.

05.

Progress Visits

These sessions are dedicated to celebrate progress, address questions, troubleshoot roadblocks, and adjust the plan as necessary.

*Depending on your chosen plan, your care journey may include some or all of these visits.
