Every time I make this bean dip, I’m surprised by just how good it is! I mean, I know I’m going to like it, but it still blows me away how such an easy recipe with simple ingredients can be so delicious.
This is a very non-traditional bean dip recipe, in that it’s both cheesy and packs a punch of lime at the same time (the best of both worlds!) It also whips together in less than 5 minutes, and keeps beautifully in the fridge for a week.
It’s delicious with veggies, chips, and crackers, and I love it as the base of a glorified avocado toast for breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 lime juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, then enjoy with toast, veggies, chips, you name it! (my favorite is sliced avocado and sprouts)
