Instead, from me you can anticipate honest, well-considered nutrition recommendations. My goal is to assist you in promoting healing from within.

My top priority is to create a personalized diet and supplement regimen that addresses your unique health needs. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all diets. Drawing from my dual qualifications as a nurse and nutritionist, I can assess your medical records and ensure that your plan is tailored to match both your objectives and health concerns.

Protect the Environment

Our dietary decisions significantly influence our ecological footprint. It's possible to make healthy food choices without causing harm to other creatures, exacerbating global food shortages, or worsening our climate crisis. My recommendations will not only support your health but also prioritize the well-being of our planet.

What makes my approach different

from what you might have tried before?

I won’t ask you to blindly follow my advice.

I need data to believe in something. So naturally, I expect the same from you. As your nutritionist, I am committed to providing ample explanation before asking you to embrace my plan.

I want you to feel confident that any energy invested in elevating your nutrition will be 100% worth it!

I won’t push for repeated visits.

After we've spent some time together, I'll encourage you to fire me as your nutritionist  -because you won't need me anymore!

My goal is to help you understand your food choices, gain confidence, and develop all the skills you need to fuel yourself for long-term health.

I won’t ask for a drastic overhaul.

I have no intention of guiding you through a temporary overhaul where you need to keep returning when results fade. Instead, we’ll work together to incorporate gradual, lasting habits into your life. Yes, you can become someone who eats greens every day, who doesn’t feel a gravitational pull when treats show up at the office, or who couldn’t care less if they're drinking coffee or herbal tea!

By building up little by little over time, amazing things happen.
